Volunteer Experience

Aug 2003 – Aug 2004
During my leave of absence from IBM, my wife and I went to Uruguay through the South American Mission Society and worked alongside the Anglican Church in there in Salto. This mainly involved working with young people in a poor neighbourhood, we helped out with the food program, ran the Sunday school and set up a youth group at the request of the children. We were also involved in the bible study groups and I also preached twice in the church services while the minister was away. As a side project while I was there I set up a website for the diocese.
St Luke's Church, Southsea
Aug 2000 – Sep 2005
During my time at St Luke's, I set up and maintained the website which I developed completely with a full content management system and organisational system for church administration coded in ASP.
